The McKenney Hills–Carroll Knolls Civic Association is a source for information on community events and builds a stronger sense of neighborhood cohesiveness through social events in our little piece of Silver Spring, Maryland. The civic association was founded in 1992 and is loosely bounded by Forest Glen to the South, Georgia Ave to the East, Plyers Mill to the North, and Leslie St to the West.
